  • We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
  • Please Note: For sanitary reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
  • While we are unable to process exchanges at this time, we are more than happy to assist you with a return and help you find an alternative.

  • The countdown for the return window starts from the day tracking shows "delivered" status, ensuring you have ample time to evaluate your purchase.
  • If your order was delivered in multiple packages, rest assured that the return window begins from the final package delivery.

4. Qualifying for a Full Refund:

  • To be eligible for a full refund, please ship the returned items back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request.
  • We kindly ask that the returned packages meet the aforementioned criteria to ensure a smooth refund process.
  • In rare instances where the criteria are not met, we may need to apply a 20% restocking fee or decline the return entirely. However, our team will work closely with you to find a satisfactory solution.
